Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Diastasi mobile application, website, measurement tools, optional accounts, online services, and related content operated by Providential Software LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

License and eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Diastasi on devices you own or control. The license does not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property.

Measurements and safety

Diastasi may use photos, reference objects, sensors, augmented reality, OCR, AI-assisted analysis, and third-party information. All measurements and related outputs are estimates. Independently verify important results and do not rely on Diastasi as the sole basis for medical care, construction safety, manufacturing tolerances, regulatory compliance, protective-equipment sizing, or another high-impact use.

Accounts, synchronization, and content

An account is optional for core use unless a feature states otherwise. Cloud sync is a convenience rather than a guaranteed backup. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Providential Software LLC and its providers a limited license to process it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve requested features.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, submit content without permission, probe or disrupt security, bypass limits, scrape or resell the service, or present estimated or AI-assisted results as certified or guaranteed.

AI, lookups, and third parties

AI-assisted and lookup results may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Authentication, hosting, analytics, advertising, AI, search, and platform functions may be supplied by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.

Purchases

Paid features are planned but not yet final. The localized price, included benefits, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, restoration process, and store-specific conditions shown at purchase will control. App-store transactions are processed under the applicable platform provider’s rules.

Availability and disclaimers

Features may change, be limited, suspended, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available without a guarantee of accuracy, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
