Information you provide

Peak.in, operated by Providential Software LLC, processes account identifiers, email and display name; garment and outfit photos; AI Stylist photos; detected pieces, labels, and corrections; closet organization; saved shopping items; outfit plans and history; try-on inputs and results; ratings, notes, conversations, and style preferences. If enabled, weather-aware suggestions use location coordinates and their update time.

Information collected through use

Peak.in and its infrastructure receive routine technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including request times, IP-derived network information, device or browser details, job status, provider metadata, diagnostics, and limited authenticated-session analytics.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you; maintain closets, outfits, plans, and history; analyze garments; generate try-ons and styling help; personalize recommendations; provide weather-aware features; respond to support; and protect and improve the service. Peak.in does not sell personal information or photos and does not use them for cross-context behavioral advertising during the beta.

Images and AI

Selected garment, outfit, and person photos may be validated, background-removed, classified, or used to generate metadata, stylist responses, virtual try-ons, and alternate views. Depending on the feature, photos, prompts, and relevant style context may be processed by Peak.in infrastructure and configured providers such as OpenAI or FASHN.

For Home AI Stylist photo questions, only the selected photo, question, and relevant style context are sent. Generated previews can alter colors, shape, proportions, or labels and are not measurements or guarantees of fit.

Providers and disclosures

Current integrations may include Firebase and Google Cloud, OpenAI, FASHN, Sentry, Open-Meteo, SerpAPI, and Perplexity depending on the configured feature. Search providers may receive a query or preference-based prompt; Open-Meteo receives coordinates only when weather-aware suggestions are enabled. Content is not public unless you take an explicit sharing action.

Storage, security, and retention

Account and wardrobe data are retained while your account is active. Account deletion removes profile, wardrobe, shopping, stylist, and generated-asset records from primary stores on a best-effort basis. Temporary caches, backups, provider records, and security logs may take longer to expire. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your controls and rights

You can edit account and style information, remove content, disable weather-aware suggestions, export core account data, or request deletion of Peak.in app data from Settings. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain portable data, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision.

Children, international processing, and changes

Peak.in is not directed to children under 13. Peak.in and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Material policy changes will be presented through an appropriate notice and reflected in the updated date.

How Peak.in uses your photos

Peak.in accesses only photos you choose or capture after granting permission. Garment and outfit photos can become part of your private closet, outfit history, or shopping list; person photos are used when you request a virtual try-on. You can remove individual garments, outfits, or try-ons, export core data, or delete Peak.in app data in Settings.
