Using Peak.in

Peak.in is a personal fashion service operated by Providential Software LLC for organizing a closet, logging and planning outfits, receiving recommendations, exploring products, and generating AI-assisted images and guidance. By creating an account or continuing past the legal acknowledgement, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your sign-in and for maintaining secure access. You may stop using Peak.in at any time and may export data or delete Peak.in app data from Settings.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you submit. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission from identifiable people. You grant Peak.in a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, and transmit content only as needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve requested features.

AI features and previews

Garment analysis, detected pieces, recommendations, Stylist assessments, alternate views, and virtual try-ons may be inaccurate or incomplete. Try-on images are visual concepts rather than measurements and do not guarantee size, fit, authenticity, availability, color, fabric behavior, or appearance in person.

Shopping and third parties

Peak.in may show products, images, prices, or retailer links that can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Purchases take place with the retailer, not Peak.in. Third-party sign-in, AI, hosting, search, weather, and other services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

Do not violate law or another person’s rights; upload content without permission; create deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material; probe security; bypass limits; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; automate abusive traffic; impersonate someone; or use generated content for high-impact decisions about another person.

Beta service and availability

Peak.in is an evolving private beta. Features, providers, quotas, eligibility, and availability may change. Access may be limited or suspended for misuse, security, reliability, legal, or cost concerns. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to export data will precede a planned shutdown.

Ownership and responsibility

Peak.in and its licensors retain rights in the app, software, design, branding, and service content other than user content and third-party material. To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or perfect AI output.
